Dr. Karolyn Arato

Dr Karolyn Arato grew up mostly in Vancouver and comes from a well-travelled family. She completed her Medical Degree at the University of British Columbia and holds certification (CCFP) and fellowship (FCFP) with the Canadian College of Family Physicians. Karolyn spent the first two decades of her professional life working in a variety of places around the province of British Columbia, Western Australia, and New Zealand. From the smallest towns in outback Australia to major city walk-in clinics she experienced a wide variety of medicine.
Karolyn added wife and mother to her Curriculum Vitae in 2005 and though her family is now her focus she enjoys working part time with the Laurel Medical Clinic providing mostly women’s health and some general medical care.
